Client Development Manager (CDM)
As a GENERATE CDM you'll be responsible for client acquisition and development. In the latter role, you'll provide prospective and current clients with relevant information on how we can successfully tailor and implement our 
CLIMB® (Closed Loop Interactive Marketing to Business) process to increase their sales, share, and account penetration.

Your successful accomplishment of this objective will add new pages to our portfolio of past and present world-class clients, including leaders like IBM, NCR, Intel, MCI, American Express, WellPoint, Symantec, Citrix and many others.

You should bring a high degree of motivation and resourcefulness, at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong skills with B2B new business acquisition in the tech and financial services sectors and excellent CRM/SFA process and software capabilities.


CRM Process Manager (CPM)
As a CRM Process Consultant, you will work with clients from startups to world-class leaders like IBM, NCR, Intel, MCI, American Express, and Blue Cross. You'll manage the on-going customization of our Pivotal CRM enabled process, starting with an internal "hands-on role" and evolving into a client consulting charter.

Contact Center Operations Manager (CCOM)
As our CCOM, you will work with clients from startups to world class leaders like IBM, NCR, Intel, MCI, American Express and WellPoint. You will plan and manage the execution of B2B Proactive Contact Center operations. As CCOM, you will provide, execute and document modifications to our CRM platform, as well as, our 
CLIMB® Customer Development Process.

Valuable career experience will include: enterprise and entrepreneurial work environments and customer/client interface, Business Process design and development, Project Planning and Management, and Marketing Operations.

 


Market Research Analyst
Your charter will include monitoring, analyzing, and reporting information resulting from the data produced by our proprietary 
CLIMB® (Closed Loop Interactive Marketing to Business) process. You'll also design market survey and intelligence reports, research and analyze trends and recommend client and internal program modifications for the high tech, financial services, telecommunications and medical solutions markets. You should bring a minimum of 7 years of B2B market research, hands on experience with Crystal Reports, statistical software (i.e., SPSS), and CRM/SFA (preferably Pivotal) applications.

 


Webmaster
Top-notch technical and creative skills will put you in charge of the GENERATE web site and other web-based efforts as they become an integral part of our 
CLIMB® (Closed Loop Interactive Marketing to Business) programs. You should bring a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in design and development of web-based business applications, excellent UI skills and hands-on expertise with industry standards and applications.

Technical experience:

Pivotal CRM, SQL 7.0, HTML, XML, ASP, J2EE, security best practices, VBScript and JavaScript required, MS Outlook and Exchange Server, MS IIS, MS Terminal Server, Windows 2000 and XP Professional recommended.
